Working on 15 dwellings with a developer, a combination of standalone, duplex and townhouse, beautifully finished two - four bedroom, homes with cedar and brick cladding were created. Mid- high end specifications with Miele kitchen appliances and Hansgrohe tapware, and fully tiled bathrooms with underfloor heating completed the look and feel.

The studio critiqued the architectural plans optimising sea views and internal spacial flow and were on site to assist with any details. Fixtures and fittings were all ordered to meet the best of both worlds - the procurement officer and the modern easy living feel needed for the brief.

The studio has since lead the design and contributed to two other developments totalling 45 new homes.
