Working with a developer we created 8 mid-high end dwellings. These were standalone (and 1 duplex) three - four bedroom, media room, two - three bathroom houses with cedar and brick cladding. The high end specification included Miele kitchen appliances and Hansgrohe tapware, fully tiled bathrooms and polished timber floors.

The studio worked closely with the developer at preconstruction to optimise the building footprint, create generous and well proportioned spaces and finishes that reflected the costal setting.

By working end to end with the developer they received optimum service, onsite queries quickly resolved and excellent attention to detail.
